The refusal of a PR card will have zero effect on the outcome of your naturalisation. The PR card is a confirmatory document, and your application was refused simply because you had not in fact acquired PR at the time you first applied. No problem with that whatsoever.Mmm232521 wrote:Thanks oheoa for replay yes I was percent in 28/11/2011 to be honest because as u see home office can find any thing to refuse and I'm worried because of the refusal I have when I applied for PR I wish that will not affect me yes I passed life uk test and B1 Excellence

Well if you have a PRC you have a PRC but its hard to make sense of the timeline unless you actually got married earlier than 2011 (?!).Mmm232521 wrote:Thanks nojathan for replay it's a permanent residence 10 years
I don't know enough to comment on your likely outcome.Mmm232521 wrote:Thanks nojathan I got married March 2011 I think by luck I did receive a PR I send for ROR and received PR there is no wrong at seems so what u think will be the outcome
After biometris the next thing you should receive is your decision letter - unless there is anything they need to ask you. UKVI doesn't provide status updates.Mmm232521 wrote:Hiii received biometric letter and no news yet
You don't have to be working in order to naturalise.Mmm232521 wrote:Thanks noajthan for your help so that's will not affect my NA application ? Because I send with my application a reference from my Manegar about the work that I do
