Tier 2 ICT visa QUery

Hi Team


I belong to India.

I applied for Tier 2 (ICT) Work Visa in September and a travel visa valid till 7th November 2016 was issued to me. I was supposed to collect my BRP on arrival at London.
However, i could not travel at all and the travel visa expired.
Kindly let me know if i am eligible to reapply for tier 2 (ICT) work visa again?

If you were issued a 30 day vignette, you just apply for a replacement. You don't apply for a whole new Tier 2 ICT visa

Just a quick query. Till when can i apply for this replacement? Is there a time restriction like 2 months or 6 months?
