Visa Application Centre Appointment

I would like to ask what documents are required by an applicant to take to a visa appointment in Lahore for a spouse visa.

My main question is is the VAF4A online application form required at this appointment with the appendix or is the applicant able to send these signed documents to their sponsor before the appointment.

If anyone can provide information on what is needed at this appointment it would be appreciated.
