BC application

Post by br5 » Sun Dec 18, 2016 2:37 pm

hi

just a quick question please

my wife (EEA) and I will apply for naturalisation in march

she acquired PR on the basis of being self sufficient (i am non-EU) i have full proof of earnings for myself for the past 6 years , but she doesn't have any as she didn't work , is it a requirement for EEA citizens to provide this proof of earnings ?

Does she have a document certifying PR?

Did she have CSI for the duration of her qualifying period as self sufficient for PR?

Then no issue. Employment is not a mandatory requirement for citizenship.
