Thank you very much for continued help and support to get my ILR. Now filling FLR-FP for my wife because I can not meet £18600 requirement. I need to travel in January then February then April 2017, so I can not send my passport along with my wife FLR-FP application by post. Please guide what are the chances to get approved her FLR-FP if I will not send my passport along with her application.
Please help because FLR-FP Form section 15.3 says
15.3 If you have a partner
If you have a partner in the UK, you must provide the below documents in addition to those listed
in 15.1.
Your partner’s valid passport, national identity card or travel document showing his/her
current immigration status.
If you are unable to provide this, see Note 8 about other suitable documents you can provide
and list what you are providing below
Note: 8 If your partner is a non-British citizen without a passport, you must provide a Home Office letter
or other document showing that he/she has been granted indefinite leave to enter or remain in
the UK, or leave as a refugee or beneficiary of humanitarian protection, accompanied by at least
one other formal document as evidence of ordinary residence in the UK for the last three years.
The following are examples of formal documents that may be provided as evidence of ordinary
residence for the last three years:
Notice of income tax coding
Driving licence
Building society savings books / bank statements
National Insurance or National Health Service registration issues by the Department for Work
and Pensions or a local health authority.
