Process to bring father in Uk

Hi All experts

I am british citizen and my father is alone in india 80 years old.
He is retired n govt pension. As pension is not enough, so he is dependent on me. i hv 2 elder brothers living outside india n not taking care of father or not wanted to call him. so he is alone.
He has already visited 3 times to uk n currently holding 2 years visa.
i heard process is tough. but could you please let me process or any solicitor expert in this or anybody recently apply for parent permenent settlement.

Impossible under the UK immigration rules. See link below of how strict and impossible this visa has become since the rules changed in July 2012.

If you apply and it is refused, it will shut the door to any future visitor visa applications as his intentions to settle would be known.
