8B yes if you have additional reason you want to explain.

Section 9 not applicable to you as it clearly states which visa categories it is for.

Good Evening Everyone,

So Sorry but i need help again as my premium appointment is getting close.

I am applying for ILR based on private and family life & completing 6 years discretionary leave.

Firstly i need help with just few more details on my SET(o) form.

Do i need to fill in Section 9 part D Continuous Residence.

Section 4

i answered yes in section 4.1 as i have no dependant applying

What should be the answer in 4.2 as i have left it blank.

Section 6

6.3- 6.11.

Thanking everyone in advance

Do i need to fill in Section 9 part D Continuous Residence. I have already said that Section 9 is NOT relevant to you. It is ONLY for Tier 1 route applicants.

What should be the answer in 4.2 as i have left it blank. Leave blank

Section 6

6.3- 6.11. You need to complete the relevant questions. Which ones are confusing you?

Thanking everyone in advance

We don't all have the forms lying around or in our memory to answer.

6.3 - not required

6.4 to 6.8 - answer as required. The questions are fairly simple and if only you will know this answer. They are not trick questions.

6.9 to 6.11 - not relevant, ignore
