Hello Friends,
I am on ILR dependent visa which was approved on 15-July-16. I paid £600.00 as health surcharge and in duplicate. It is mentioned on the website that duplicate health surcharges automatically get paid back within 90 days.
However this has not happened and event sent email to home about this. However nothing has happened from their side. I have spoken to ombudsman about it and they say that I can claim compensation for shortfall in services.
Any idea how much can ombudsman impose as penalty for this shortfall in service.
