ILR

Post by andrewoi » Tue Dec 27, 2016 11:46 am

My wife extended her leave to remain as she did not have time to pass her Life in the UK test so as to apply for her ILR application. She has now passed the test and wishes to apply for ILR she has already qualified for her length of stay of two years plus. Can she now apply for her ILR now without waiting until her present visa is ready for expiry.

Yes, there's no need to wait. :)
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

Does she meet the English B1 requirement? This is separate to the LIUK.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
