Applying for Tier 2 dependant visa

Post by Syedashah51214 » Wed Dec 28, 2016 12:13 pm

Hello everyone. I am living in UK with my husband on Tier 2 dependant visa for 3 years now. My husband is now a British citizen. My visa expiring in feb 2017. What documents should be required from my side and my husbands. Also do i need any kind of English language test? And do i need to give TB test as well?
Many thanks in advance

On what basis did your husband get ILR, 5 years Tier 2 or 10 years long residence?

If he got ILR on 5 years Tier 2, then :

Tier 2 Dependent visa extension.

No English test, no TB test if you are living in the UK.

Guidance notes below.

Many thanks Cr001 for your reply.

Can you please send me the link on which there is a list of documents stated that i need to include with my application please. Also can my husband use his saving account rather than current to show funds proving my financial support?

Many thanks in advance

Can you answer my question regarding your husband route to ILR as this is very important for any application you make.

I have provided the guidance notes for dependent applications.

See also link below.

You can use any account which is in either of your names.

Yes, the immigration health surcharge should be £600 for a 3 year extension. You must select 'apply alone' to calculate the correct amount.
