Tier-1 Ent - Funding Requirements

Post by anivijay » Thu Dec 29, 2016 6:03 pm

Hi,
I have few queries on Tier-1 Ent.

1. Should the fund be in UK Bank accounts or money in my Indian bank accounts can be shown?

2. Should I submit the business plan when applying for the visa?

3. Can I switch from Tier-2 ICT to Tier-2 Entrepreneur?

4. Can the dependant continue to work for other companies or they need to be part of the business?

Thanks
Vijay

There is no requirement that your dependent MUST work for you or your business.

Hi Noajthan,
I'm yet to speak to the consultant. Obviously, I'll go through the consultant.

If I know some details before I go to consultant, I thought will help.

Thanks

You don't necessarily need a consultant; but to go through the published guidance from Gov UK is a must.
Most basic questions answered there.
