Did you apply in person or by post?
Unlikely you have been granted ILR with the fee not taken.
You need to provide a bit more immigration history for anyone to offer advice.

The fee must have been taken, probably within a couple of weeks of posting your application.
Did you apply to vary an application you submitted (tier 1 extension) or just a direct Set(LR) application??

Suggest look through bank statements again. I would be very surprised if HO 'forgot' to take your fee.

HO takes the fees themselves, not third party involved in this.

You might be the luckiest soul in this expensive rat race! You did what you had to do so just sit back and chill. They had your payment details so will take it if they want and no obligation on you to chase anything. They would have kept the full fee even if they rejected your case for the tiniest of grounds so makes for a change when tables turned haha.
I also got lucky and got my full NHS surcharge refunded when switching from FLR(M) to ILR (LR) after 8 months so it can happen

Fee of £1875 implies it was by post

What did you send as evidence of proficiency in English?
