Cover letter for spouse visa application

I'm due to apply visa (Entry Clearance) for my spouse in India next month; hoping is someone can provide a simple cover letter template please?
Any kind of format will be appreciated.

There is no template letter or requirement to submit a letter. All the information UKVI require is contained within the forms.

Is there something specific you wish to state in a letter?

And wording your request as you have can only lead to you being deluged with offers to sell you letters of dubious value (and often rambling content and appalling grammar).
