FLR(M)c2.5 year visa extension.

A postal application will be £811 or £1311 if submitted in person at a PSC

Your wife will also have to pay the NHS surcharge in addition to the visa fee.

Which category of spouse visa has she currently got? You have posted in the Tier 1 General sub forum so does she have a Tier 1 dependent visa or a spouse settlement visa because you have ILR or are BC?

What is your immigration status?
