2 Non Salaried jobs for FLRM

Hi
My wife visa gonna expire on 28th january 2017..she came on tier1 dependant visa on june 2014..plz experts guide me whether i should apply her FLRM visa on financial requiremnt below or better to send her back and apply when 18600 threshold meets..
i am doing 2 hourly based jobs from last 7 months..both jobs are paid by hourly and non salaried..
IF I CALCULATE LAST 6 MONTHS PAY FROM BOTH OF MY JOBS IT BECOMES MORE THEN 18600 THRESHOLD..

Q.1== can i apply her visa when i have 2 hourly jobs ,can i combine income from both jobs or not?
Q.2 == under what category i do fall whether in A or B?

From you previous posts, I assume you got ILR based on Long Residence???

If so, how can you have worked for 2 employers prior to August 2016 (when you seem to have applied for ILR LR), when you were on an Entrepreneur visa, which prohibits being employed by another company.

You can apply under CAT A of non salaried if you are with these two employers for at least 6 months at the time of making application. You simply add last 6 months salary of boht jobs, divide by 6 and multiply by 12 to calculate your gross annual salary . You will also need employer letter and 6 months payslips/bank statements from boht jobs

Hi cr001..... I have payslips of August...Sep...October..Nov..Dec..Jan 2017....so I think it would be OK....I wanna take your expert opinion that can I combine my both hourly jobs income for financial requirmnt,,and both jobs have 6 months old but with different employer......and my second question is one of my friend has 2 jobs as well but one is salaried fix 800 pound month,and hourly job is almost 900 pound per month..his both jobs are 6 month old..can he combine his salaried and hourly job income..."??plz sir it's very important and I need your expert help as you always so kind.thanks
