Can i apply for a Tier 1 investor visa?

Post by ovoxo » Wed Jan 04, 2017 7:19 am

Hello, my family can provide me £50,000. I am 19 years old and i have done my o levels and A levels. Instead of going to university in the Uk, can apply for this visa to start a business there? Any other requirements that i need to fulfill?

Are you thinking of Entrepreneur visa?
- first rule of business: know target market.

Investor visa is different kettle of fish from Entrepreneur.

No you cannot use 50K from a third party to apply. 50K route is only available under strict conditions.
Start by reading the guide: https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... trepreneur

Also, suggest decide which country you are interested in and get to grips with the requirements of whichever visa you require. This is less confusing for you (and us) than you posting all over the forum asking about :

1. ILR eligibility
2. Studying in Canada
3. Studying in Australia
4. Studying in UK
5. Tier 1 Entrepreneur route to the UK.

There is no 'easy route' or 'magic visa'.
