unauditted accounts with reports and DL creditor/investor

Hi guys

I am not much knowledge about account submitting ,, simply I gave my business transactions details to my accountant ... he submitted my first and second years accounts , I have no idea whatever my accountant did for me its right according HO ,, how can I Crosse check ????

please explain me whatever meaning of below line....

Unaudited Accounts (3 Yrs) with Accountants report & My name showing as DL creditor/investors

please help me its very useful platform for everyone ..
