France visitor visa holder would like to visit the UK

Hello, I will appreciate your help on this issue. My mum hold a 2 month visitor visa in France,and would like to visit me in the uk. is this possible and if yes which visa should we apply for?

She needs to apply for a standard UK visitor visa. Usually has to be applied from home country.

Thank you CR001 and Vinny for your prompt response. Vinny is my understanding right that she can apply from France as she is already there. Also note that she is retired and hold a diplomatic passport due to my dad position back home

Yes. Having a diplomatic passport should be helpful. I believe it's common practice for diplomatic passport holders to also get a formal letter (example) from their own Embassy, requesting the British Embassy's assistance in granting a visitor visa.
