Form for extension

Post by ariii » Thu Jan 05, 2017 10:04 pm

Dear all

I would appreciate some help on choosing which form would I need to complete for my extension.

I came to the UK on an tier 4 visa in 2009. My student visa expired in 2013. I got married in 2012, therefore, applied for a spouse visa in 2013 after my tier 4 expired. I was granted a visa for 2.5 years which expires at the end of this month.

My question is - am I right in applying for an extension using the flr(m) form?

Many thanks in advance for your help.

Thank you for your prompt reply :)
Can I also ask, I am relying on my own income, as I meet the financial requirement and have been in same employment for more than 1 year, so have ticked Category A. Is that correct?
