Tier 2 General curtailment - Address to Home Office

Post by rubyracer2 » Fri Jan 06, 2017 6:34 pm

How does Home Office know which address to send the Tier 2 visa curtailment letter to? Do we have to update them with the address. If so what is the process to update the address with them?

Thanks in advance! appreciate it.

Your employer should also ALWAYS have your most up to date address.

Assuming you have a BRP card, see link below.

Thank you CR001. That link helps.

Just one question My employer has my latest address. Do they have to send my address to the Home Office while informing them that my employment has ended , or should I do it using the form given in the link.

My address never changed in the UK. It's just that the Home Office might not have it since I applied for the visa from out the country

Likely your employer will update HO when they notify them of your termination of employment.

A migrant is also responsible for keeping HO updated of such changes.

Thanks CR001. I'll also fill the address form to be on the safer side after my employer informs the HO
