Am i right in thnking u can apply for flr 28 days bfore ur 30 months are complete?

Yes, WITHIN 28 days of reaching 2.5 years is fine.

What if its done 30 days instead of 28 days will there be any problems,please I want to know cos mine was done 30 days before and iv not heard anything from ho yet

Please continue in your own topic. You have applied for DLR by post, which is a different visa to FLR.

Salaam guys can anyone help please
My friend is applying for her husbands flr in a few days
She is stuck on some questions
They both have a salary that changes as in they work different hours so one question 7.3 it asks current annual salary should they put their last years amount from their p60 or just add their previous 6 months payslips together and work it out that way?
Also he appliedfor his initial spouse visa at gerrys lahore pakistan
Question 9.15 asks to give details of the british diplomatic posts involved in the application what does she write here?

Also there child is a a British citizen beside his birth certificate do thy need to provide any information showing he lives with them as ina a letter or any evidence of shared responsibility ?
