Appeal Won!! How do i pay the IHS fee?

Post by rayj1122 » Fri Jan 06, 2017 8:58 pm

Hi,

I submitted my passport as the decision was overturned by the judge at the appeal.

I received a phone call earlier this week to say i need to pay the IHS fee (£600) and that i will receive an email to make the payment. Its been 3 days an no email and nothing in junk.

How do i make the payment? Do i do it via the IHS website? Is there a deadline? Ive sent the UKVI an email and im awaiting a response.

Thank you

You need to pay it as soon as possible. Does HO have the correct email address?

Hi,

I believe they do have the correct email address... Is there anyway i can confirm :(?

Also silly question... Im on the IHS website, and im using the same account which my husband set up. When i go through the payment process, it says "Are you applying from within the UK?" - i select "No" As im not in the UK at the moment > Then it says "Are you applying to stay in the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey?" I type no... It then says i dont need to make the payment ??

Am i doing something really stupid? My husband done it for me previously.

My immigration journey ended 5 years ago so I am not familiar with the IHS website or what options you are given.

What category of visa did you select?

Most moderators and gurus here have been through the immigration system a fair few years ago and hence we lack detailed knowledge of updated websites.

You may want to post screenshots of the website to show us the options that you are selecting and we could attempt to guide you from there.

Alternatively, wait for somebody who has made the IHS payment successfully to advise further.

Make sure that you are not choosing any option for either EEA citizens or for settled people/settlement.
