28 days rule for Payslip and bank statement for FLR(M) Visa

Post by Dev001 » Wed Jan 11, 2017 11:22 am

Hi , Thanks for help.

I came to know from this board there are some rule about payslip and bank statement which are should not be older than 28 days. I am planning to go for premium appointment on 27th Jan 2017.

1. I have payslip which I have received on 31st Dec 2016 and got attested on 6th of Jan 2017 along with my employment letter.
2. I have received my bank statement on 10th Jan but MY SALARY HAS BEEN CREDITED ON 29TH Dec 2016 and bank statement is showing 29th Dec salary Credited.

I am little confuse, is my document is valid to submit on 27th Jan for FLR(M) visa ( Premium appointment ) as my salary is deposited on 29th Dec. It would be really help if you please help me out for this query.

Thanks
Dev

The documents are fine. The 28 days has nothing to do with when you last salary was paid, it is the actual documents that cannot be older than 28 days.

Hi,

When you say the "actual documents" does that mean things such as the "Letter from Employer" I have my partners one dated on the 5th of Jan and I will be submitting my information on the 7th of Feb.

Should I have his Employer resign from a date closer to the 7th?

Thank you,

Lisa
