Passport and dependent visa for new born baby

HI Friends,

I am on T2 ICT Long Term Visa and my wife is on dependent visa.
Both have same visa expiry date in Apr 2018 and will leave the UK in Jan 2018
My wife is pregnant and expected delivery date is in August and we are planning for delivery in UK.
Do i need to apply for passport and dependent visa for new born baby ? what is process for that ? could you please share. Please advise.

If you are leaving the UK in January 2018, should be fine to skip the visa. But you will need to apply for the childs passport so that child can travel.
