Re-applying after Spouse visa refused

Post by mayav » Thu Jan 12, 2017 10:12 pm

Hi,

I applied for spouse visa from chennai and that is refused due to missing evidence. I agree its my mistake as though I had it I didnt provide it. I provided for last 12 months where thhey want for the CT 600 FY 15-16.. Setllement visa cat F

Now should I appeal with supporting documents that I have? or go for new application?

According to gov website, it says applicant can apply fresh application while an appeal is pending-- So this mean I can appeal for my refusal and also submit new application... ??

Thanks
Maya

If you failed to provide the required documents, why do you think an appeal will make a difference. UKVI's decision was correct if you didn't provide what was required.

Appeals are taking very long at the moment, sometimes longer than a year for a hearing date.

It is quicker to reapply and submit ALL the required paperwork.
