regarding nhs surcharge - dependent tier 2 general

Hi , Just have a question please , I need my wife to join me here as I am on Tier 2 general visa for 2 years , I am Egyptian and she is Egyptian too , just asking can I pay nhs surcharges from here or i have to pay it in Egypt as long as the application will be submitted and applied in Egypt , Cairo , if so , how I will be able to pay for it .
really so confused and I need a help

It is either part of the online Tier 2 Dep application or you can pay separately as you need the IHS reference number. It must be paid before submitting the visa application.
