PBS Dependant extension with main applicant on ILR

Hi ,

I have Question regarding my wife's Visa. Actually, I got my ILR trough 5-year route, I was on TIER 2 general Visa and my wife has a PBS dependent visa which is going to expire in June 2017. I need to extend her visa I am confuse which form should I use. As I was on work permit when we got her present visa stamped and now i have ILR . please reply my email is .
