ILR query (Qualifying period) a small query

Dear all

A small query:

Can someone please confirm if i have done it correctly.

I got entry clearance (Tier 2) on 21 March 2012 and entered the UK within 3 weeks of it.

Am applying for (ILR Premium) on 28 Feb. Is that okay?

Or should i change my date to apply for ILR after 21 March 2017?

Date is fine to apply in February.
