combining Part time jobs

Respected Zimba/CR01,

I am regular user of this forum and huge fan of your expertise in immigration related questions. I am going to apply for my 2nd Extensions (ILR on 5 year tier 1 entrepreneur 200K).

I am having little confusion in combining the parts time jobs as 2 full time for last 12 months. There is how I am doing it. Please advise if I am doing this right or wrong.

Job number: 1
Job title: "description 1"
Employee name ------- Start date -----End dat ----Hourly rate paid ------Full time OR Part-time
Ab1 ------- 31.10.2012 ------- To date------- minimum basic ------- Part-time
Ab2 ------- 01.02.2016 ------- To date ------- minimum basic ------- Part-time

Employee name----- Start date ---- End date ------- Hourly rate paid------- Full time OR Part-time
cd1 --------- 01.12.2015 ------To date ------ minimum basic ------ Part-time

As per above, will i be able to satisfy the requirement for 2 full time jobs.

What application exactly are you applying for as you are posting Set(O) questions for ILR in the ILR sub forum and here you are posting about extension of T1E?

Suggest decide which application you are making and post only in the relevant sub forum.

Hi,

I am of the opinion that you only have to show the existence of the jobs you provided in your initial extension which in this case would be from 2014. You can sustain the same jobs or create new jobs.
