You can travel with your BRP/RC & old passport (I.e. the Passport it was issued to) and a valid passport. A Residence card or Biometric Residence Permit itself is not a travel document.

Renew your passport, or if in a hurry apply for an emergency passport from the Brazilian consulate. You can't travel on an expired passport. It's your responsibility to ensure it's valid.

You don't have BRP you seem to have EEA RC.
You can't travel on that.

Ofcourse you can travel with passport.
You asked about case with no passport.

You may still need a visa, especially if travelling alone.

No need for multiple posts.

And you don't have a BRP if you obtained ROR on EU route.
You have a FM RC.
You confuse matters by constantly referring to BRP which is for those on UK route.

No, a BRP card is not a travel document. You need a passport to travel PLUS your BRP.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
