Dependent ILR application - Documents

Dear Friends,

I got my ILR April 2015, I wanted to apply ILR for my wife.
Can someone please point me to UKBA link or information on the documents which i need to submit for my wife ILR applications.
I cannot find any links or documents in ukba website regarding the list of documents to be submitted along with the application.
Can some one please respond.

What is her UK immigration history?

What date did she first enter the UK?

What route to ILR did you apply for (10 years long residence or 5 years PBS)?

UKBA no longer exists. It is UKVI now.

What is her UK immigration history? - She was on her own Tier 1 since 2010, then became my dependent in 2012

What date did she first enter the UK? - March 2010

What route to ILR did you apply for (10 years long residence or 5 years PBS)? - Tier 1 (5 yr)

She got her Tier 1 Dependent on 13th June 2012.

She can apply now if she has been your dependent pre July 2012, has no absence of more than 180 days not let her dep visa expire while out of the UK etc and meets all the other standard requirements.
