Thanks for response , I have read AN guideline , but it will be big help if anyone who have successfully applied for naturalization recently can give their input here
Bit more on a background :
I am an Indian citizen , came in UK on tier1 general visa on December 2010, got my ILR on December 2015
I am IT contractor and contracting through my limited company from last 6 years and taking salary and dividends from my limited company
English language eligibility and Evidence :
During my ILR , by extension and my initial application , I claimed my English eligibility points based on master degree as my University was listed on UKBA point based calculator system
My doubt is can I claim same for my naturalization, do I have to provide my degree certificate as well or do I need to get NARIC certificate against my degree
Life in UK eligibility and Evidence:
During my ILR application , I have passed my Life in UK test and submitted my certificate , I guess I have lost that certificate ( as I applied over mail for my ILR ) do I have to give Life in UK test again or its sufficient to mention that I have passed this test and met this requirement during my ILR application
Residence requirement and Evidence of lawful residence during the last 5 years :
I meet residence requirement never exceeded out stay limit (90 days in the last 12 months and 450 days in last 5 years) I have all entry/exit stamps on my passport , what else documents should I provide for this
Good character requirement :
I guess I am covered here , as of now NO traffic/driving offence ( at least I have not received any notice/letter till now) , all taxes paid to HMRC no pending dues , no penalty letter issues as of now
Do you need to check somewhere before my application for any missed/lost notices/letters issued to me
Do I need to keep my P60 for last few years and Self-Assessment declaration document , is there any other documents that I should prepare and be ready with
