visa application rejected based on incorrect code used

I am looking for advice on my Tier-2 visa.

I have received letter on 19/01(Dated on letter is 17/01) stating my Tier-2 visa has been rejected based on incorrect code used. On 23/01/17 we have submitted new visa application with correct code.
I have booked for one day service on 31/01@Liverpool UKBA office.

Could you please advice me, is that date is OK(I mean we are applying with in the correct time period) or not?

Has your previous visa expired?

You only have 14 days to submit a new application if your visa has expired.

my visa expired on 12/12/2016.

when visa has rejected they gave me 14 days to apply administrative review.
