ILR Qualification 'DATE'

Post by riya17 » Thu Jan 26, 2017 12:18 am

Dear Experts,

I entered UK in Tier 2 ICT Established staff category on 03/Feb/2011. Visa granted on 06/Jan/2011.
I switched my visa category in UK to Tier 2 General.
BRP Issue date : 30/March/2012
COS Start date : 01/June/2012

I left UK on 01/Apr/2012 and returned back on 17/June/2012.
This 77 days travel was to serve notice period for my old company in home country and a short holiday.

Exactly at what 'DATE' I can apply for my ILR taking the above dates into consideration.

Thanks
Riya

Thanks CR001.

Let's say if i apply on 06/Feb/2017. How do i address the 77 days gap in the application for absences.
This gap is not related to my Tier 2 General visa as I haven't started my work during this period.
Do I need to provide any documentation for the absence if i specify it in the application?

Yes you need documents from employer about absence.

Apply 28 days before the June date then.
