Problem with IHS payment online

Post by MACY » Thu Jan 26, 2017 3:02 pm

Hi there, I am applying my Wife's visa and i filled the online application and submitted it on visa4uk website, from the category i selected the option (Child or other dependent of a settled person). When i am trying to pay the IHS charges it is calculating the charges as 215488.00 (PKR) more than 1600GBP, as it should be only 600GBP. I am an ILR holder and my expiry visa date shows 2024. What am i doing wrong? can someone please help? waiting your reply thanks.

(Child or other dependent of a settled person)
No!! This is wrong. It is settlement, wife.

She must apply alone. DO NOT put in your ILR details.

p.s. kindly quote amounts in ££, we are not all from the sub continent countries and understand the currencies etc.

Is there anyway i can reset and edit my details? As IHS is not giving me any option to make corrections. It takes me straight to the payment page even if i delete the appointment and restart it still takes me to the payment page.

You will have to start again with a new user ID.

thanks for the reply, Yes i had to restart again. i am again on IHS page and do not want to make a mess, Its asking the following.

Are you applying to join or remain with a person already in the UK?

Do i need to add the details coz it does not give the option for ILR holders.

@ Cr007,

Are you sure holding an ILR wouldn't require to fill in the section:

" IF YOU ARE JOINING SOMEONE IN THE UK"
