Dependent Visa Help

Post by ogechiokorie98 » Fri Jan 27, 2017 12:00 pm

Hello,

Please I need assistance. I want to apply for dependant settlement visa for my wife
1) The right form to complete
2) English Language requirement and centres
3) Awaiting passport from embassy re renewal. Can I apply without
4) Application fee
5) Any savings required

I have ILR after entrepreneur visa in 2016. My wife still have visa until April 2017. How do I go about it.
I saw £18000 threshold income is that correct.

Awaiting urgent replies please
Thanks
Alex

If you got ILR based on Tier 1 Ent, then your spouse can continue on her existing visa.

If she qualifies for ILR then she applies. If she doesn't have 5 years residence yet, she applies to extend her PBS dependent visa.
