family reunion

Post by bismiallah » Sun Jan 29, 2017 9:57 pm

Hello again,

my husband is currently in Hungary in a refugee camp and is from Afghanistan. He was previously in the UK but was administratively removed to Afghanistan. He is now stateless.

I am a British born citizen and qualify for the threshold and the UK spouse visa requirements. We were originally going to apply from Afghanistan but in circumstances he had to leave the country.

Is there anyway we can make an application to the eu/British Embassy or online/home office for

1/ Family reunion visa online?
2/ UK spouse Visa

I have already been to visit him in Hungary
please help?

Why have you opened another thread when you have already received a great deal of advice in your original one. Please continue to post there.
