English Test Help Please

Hi everyone
My husband came to the UK on spouse visa from India 2 years ago and his visa is now expiring in April
We plan to apply in April for visa
We meet all the requirements but i'm confused about the English test

Does he have to take a new English test? And which test is it?

And also which application forms do we need to fill in for new visa?

My husband passed an A2 English test in India 2 years ago taken by Cambridge can we still use that test?

English test should be ok, but wait for others to confirm.
