I came into uk 2010 through a student visa which expired in Jan 2014. I was asked to leave uk by ukba and they held my passport. My British child was born in November 2014, I'm no longer in relationship with his mom. I do have a parental responsibility order and contact so I have an access to him. I worked illegally with my NI and I paid Tax,NIc. I stopped work December 2016, I have never been caught working illegally and I'm about to make an application flr fp 10 years route (parent). I have supposed my child financially and I have bank receipts I paid to his mom bank account.

I have got some document. My child's British passport, birth certificate, parental responsibly court order, contact order, sponsor letter and I'm included in his school file

Please Do I have any chance before submitting my application?

Kindly refrain from posting the same question multiple times as a new topic.

When someone is available to respond, I am sure they will (technical glitches of this morning aside).
