Did you get ILR based on Tier 1?

I am a 'Miss' not a 'Sir'.

As you applied for ILR based on long residence, your dependent only has one option. She must switch to FLR(M) and meet ALL the requirements (English A1 - A2 from May and the financial requirement of £18,600pa). She must also pay the £500 immigration health surcharge plus the visa application fee of £811 postal or £1311 in person.

Please accept my apology for my ignorance and thank you very much for your time and help.. much appreciated

For the friend who asked for my premium service experience.. it was horrid .. applied in Aug 2015 for ILR got refused for toeic.. went on appea after a year n it was allowed n got ilr just yesterday.. but it varies from person to person.. some of my friend got it straight away so all in all u never know... all the best for whichever category u applying for.

Thanks again cr001

@CR001
She will need A1 only. A2 is for FLRM extension application only?

If applying within the UK, A2 required from May as I understand it as it will be a FLR(M) application rather than VAF4A entry clearance.

Dear CR001,
If some one applying for ILR DEPENDANT from outside uk , which English cirtificate needed A1 or A2 ? Does he need to show 18600 income requirement to do the extention after 2.5years ?
Many thanks in advance.

Does he need to show 18600 income requirement to do the extention after 2.5years ? Yes, for first visa, extension and ILR.
Many thanks in advance.
