failed asylum seeker please shed some light

Hi guys


im failed asylum seeker from somalia,having applied asylum 2008 and exhausted all the appeals,
i made 2 further submissions on 2016 based on my son 4yrs old who has limited leave to remain. and both were rejected.i no longer in a relationship with my son's mother but i do see him regularly.
I have a daughter 7 months old with british national whom we live and been together for 2yrs and half.
i want to make application based on private life.would anyone plz advise me which application and what documents i need to submit.

Im failed asylum seeker having refused 2009 .since then i have been reporting twice a month,no work.2 years ago i made further submissions in liverpool this was refused.it was based on my son who is 4yrs .at time of application my son had limited leave to remain.i dont live with my son but i do have regular contact.my ex partner has indefinate leave
last week i applied flr fp based on my little girl 8months and my partner british nationals whom we been together 3yrs.i also included my son as he has indefinate leave to remain now.i submitted evidence of cohabation in terms of council tax,tenancy agreement and bills in joint names and separate names.
support letters and photos also submitted.
my worry is my partner was on maternity leave and before maternity she did not met the financial threshold
im so afraid as i know i cant get it through parent route and i want o prepare as i can see the negative results
what should i do guys when i receive the refusal letter with no appeals right.

If you have applied for FLR(FP) parent route based on your daughter with your BC partner, the application will likely be refused. Parent route is ONLY for parents who are separated/divorced and DO NOT live together.

You should have applied FLR(FP) 10 year PARTNER route. There is no financial requirement for this route.
