Tier2 Curtailment received but Ddependent child outside UK

Hi Board memebers,

Me and my partner are on Tier-2 General visa. But unfortunately our sponsor license is revoked last week and we are expecting curtailment letter any time(mostly in a week time). Our child is born in UK(2015) and at the moment she is with grand parents in India. Her PBS dependent is valid till December 2018.

We are planning to apply for new visa in another 1 month.

My questions:-
1) if we receive curtailment letter do we need to make a fresh application for our daughter.
2) As she is born in UK, will she be eligible for ILR / citizenship if she is making a new PBS application outside UK.
3) can she travel back to UK in the curtailment period.

1. If parents' or daughter's leave are curtailed, then daughter cannot travel to the UK without applying for new entry clearance. If parents' leave are curtailed but daughter's leave is not curtailed and parents are subsequently granted new leave, then I think daughter may travel.

Is she eligible to apply for Citizenship once parent receive PR(ILR)?

Even if the leave to remain visa is not continuous she can apply for citizenship immediately once parents have PR(ILR) status. AS she is born here right.
