Extension is approved via Share Capital Investment,

I have sent required docs with Business Bank statement(Supporting Doc to Accounts)

First of All, I would like to thank all forum members especially Zimba88, noajthan and CR001 to help me throughout the process.

I dont have enough words to say thanks to Zimba88 whose honest advices and to the point guidance helped me.

Profit All 3 years and yes both directors draw salary.

No Letter...my case was straight forward..I guess if we provide clear picture of evidence submitted and fullfillng requirement will lead to easy approval....It took 3 months to get decision maybe due to festive period in between.

Yes, All 3 years Hiscox Business Insurance along with print out of confirmation email stating insured since August 2013.

To be honest, there is no requirement for Business Bank Statements (Req only to prove Company has a UK bank account of which you are a Signatory) fot Investment through Share Capital

But....

If you see Policy Guidance for GET Credibility is a requirement..

We will take into account the following:
 the evidence that you submit;
 the viability and credibility of the source of the money referred to in Table 5 of Appendix A;
 the credibility of the financial accounts of the business or businesses;
 the credibility of your business activity in the UK;
 the credibility of the job creation for which you are claiming points;
 if the nature of the business requires mandatory accreditation, registration and/or insurance,
whether that accreditation, registration and/or insurance has been obtained; and
 any other relevant information.

Its a Supporting doc and its upto you to send full or relevant.

In my case, i have sent all pages to make it easy for HO to see what happened with those funds.

But for a Genuine Entrepreneur, It will be a stronger doc for sure.
