Tier 1 (Dependant) to Tier 2 (General)

Hi,
I want to ask if there is any way to switch from Tier 1 (Dependant) to Tier 2 (General) visa without leaving the UK? Can I make a FLR application and change it to Tier 2? will my application for Tier 2 be accepted in this case?
Is there any other way?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

No, there is no way and it makes no difference which dependent visa you are on. Tier 2 must be applied from home country if you have been a dependent or FLR visa holder.
