Hi,
My query is regarding my wife and daughter application for Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur dependent visa in UK. I am currently on a Tier 4 Student visa. Our visa expires on the 30th March 2017. I am going to apply for Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur visa early next week.
In my wife's Tier 1 graduate entrepreneur dependent application form I had a query which is as below:
In the application form page no. 23 point K2 is asking “Are you applying within 14 days of your leave to enter or remain expiring?” Option to chose is either YES (give reason why the application could not be made in time) or chose NO (If you wish to apply to continue your stay in the UK, you should leave the UK and reapply for a visa from overseas). Please advise if I there is any option to apply from UK or am I required to reapply from overseas?
Thank you

Sorry about that. Actually, my husband had posted the earlier query and he wanted to amend/delete it. So i re posted it from my account as a I am applying for Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur Dependent Visa from UK. Is it possible for you to delete my husband's post and keep mine to not duplicate the message please?
I am really looking forward for someones advice on our query.

You could have continued in the other topic and just posted a new post with the bit to correct.

If you are applying before your current visa expires, then you answer NO to the question you have originally asked.
