How long does it take to have issued visa stamped on PP??

I have submitted my Passport on 24/01/2016 with call letter its about almost three weeks but nothing heard yet answer will be appreciated thanks

It would help if you stated where you applied from. You have given very limited information and have no history on the forum to review past posts you might have made.

i have applied From Pakistan Lahore for uk spouse visa in last year march first they refused my application but then they overturn the original decision

i had my wifes appeal hearing on the 18th of january im still waiting for the letter from the judge. why are they so slow !?

My decision overturned by ECM and i got my call letter very same day but they are taking so much time to just stamp a visa it almost over three weeks now still no reply

That's just how they are bro. You have to be patient. Try calling them or send an email: https://ukvi-international.faq-help.com/ . Make sure to include all relevant data so they can find your application.
