T1 Entrepreneur to 10year Long Residency visa.

Hi ,

This Manu I wanted to apply for 10 year long residences . I came to UK in 2007 June. I was on student visa from June 2007 to August 2013 and from September 2013 to May 2014 I was on Tier 2 Work Permit visa, but the company license got revoked in May 2014. So In June 2014 I applied For Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa which I got for 3 years till August 2017, and I am going to complete my 10 year in U.K. June 2017 before my extension of Tier 1 visa. I have some query about it

1 . Do I have to fill the criteria of Tier1 visa if I have to apply for 10 year long residency.
2. Documents that are required for 10 year long residences ILR visa?
3. At the same time I would also like to apply for my wife visa who is currently on dependent visa what are the document required for her ?

1. HO will check that you met the requirements of all the visas you have held.

2. Set(LR) form and guidance tells you what you need to submit.

3. What application are you applying for your wife? How long has wife been in the UK?

Thanks for your advise , I want to apply for dependent visa for my wife, she joined me in Jan 2016.

She must apply on FLR(M) and she/you must meet all the requirements, English A2 and the £18,600pa financial requirement.

Either individual income or combined. If self employed, you will need to check carefully what documents HO require for FLR(M).
