Family Visitor Visa with Hotel booking issue

Post by akatie89 » Thu Feb 09, 2017 10:52 pm

Hello to all,
I am sponsoring my younger brother for a 2 week of UK Family visit visa.
Cant offer accommodation in the house i am living (due to it will be over crowded ) but i am providing Hotel booking i have got £4800 in my account.
providing him maintenance plus hotel expenses cover £500 Aprox.

1-Do i need to declare why he is not staying with me instead he staying in the hotel ???

2-Anybody apply and rejected visa on hotel booking?

3-Plus is it ok to submit unpaid booking or we need to submit paid booking?

4-last question is, Is there any thing like appeal or JR we can go for in case visa rejected?

Your brother (as the applicant) needs to submit an itinerary on how he intends to spend his time in the UK.

Most importantly, he will need to show strong ties to his home country to convince the ECO that he won't overstay as a visitor. This would include evidence such as permanent employment, financially self-sufficient property ownership, dependant relatives in the home country,

There is no appeal option if the application is refused.

It is not necessary to start a new topic with every question you have on the same application. Keep ALL your questions on your brothers application in one thread (this one). See also Multiple Posts (click)

Why do you need to provide a letter for holiday leave for your brother's visit visa application?

You are not the applicant so don't have to provide evidence of your holiday from work.
