ILR LR - Timeframe for spouse FLR(M)

Hello Everyone, i have a quick question. i will apply for settlement in long resident route next month. i want to know that, is there any time limit/ time period for my spouse[/b] to apply as ILR dependent (FLR-M) to keep continuation of 10 years legal stay.

What visa is she currently on?

When did she first arrive in the UK?
