Citizenship - Traffic Offence - Asked for documents

Post by shreky99 » Thu Feb 16, 2017 10:02 am

HI All ,

I couldn't find a Topic for this here posting the questions .

I Have recently applied for my citizenship and i did not details of my expired traffic offences from 2009/2010. I then called home office and the lady asked me to write a covering letter to mention all the offences that are all paid in full and expired. DVLA (since they got rid of the counterpart) have made everything online and unfortunately do not keep history of any expired offence . I currently have 0 points on my licence.

However , i got a letter from the case worker yesterday to submit all original documents to /evidence i have in relation to driving offences i have declared. i will need to confirm the dates of offences( which eve DVLA doesn't have as they are all expired) . I havee been given 8days to revert back to them .

Can someone please suggest what i can do here please

Many Thanks Shri
